Acrobat (pdf) Reader is a free download from Adobe Inc, it starts up much more quickly than previous versions of Acrobat Reader, it's use is recommended for reading pdf documents on this site
This site uses Cascading Style Sheets, printed pages will exclude the left hand sidebar and are designed to wrap without truncation at the right hand margin; or you could trust IE7.
